Sarai has been in the hair industry for 10 years honing her skills in everything from blonding and lived in colors to platinum and vibrant looks. Sarai has a passion for hair rather than a focus on one particular service. With a love from Blondes to redheads, she will take anything thrown at her. She prides herself in bringing a picture to life.

Sarai started her career at 19 working in a hair salon as a receptionist while going to Paul Mitchell in Tampa, FL. After 6 years of learning and honing her skills she realized it was time to move on to the next phase of her career. Leaving that salon to open her own suite she learned the skills it takes to run her own business. After 2 years of running a successful salon, she made the move to Las Vegas. Building her clientele very quickly with the skills she learned from running her own business, she and her two best friends opened Etre Salon. 

A Cuban-American woman, Sarai was originally born and raised in Florida and relocated to Las Vegas in 2021 with her husband and two poodles after the pandemic. When she's not working she spends her time hiking, traveling, spending time with her poodles and husband, practicing ballet, and doing home DIY projects.

Embarking on a career journey at the age of 17, Vijay cultivated an unwavering passion for the realms of hair and fashion. His roots trace back to the vibrant streets of London, England, where he took his initial steps on a path that would ultimately lead him across the continents of Europe, collaborating with some of the industry's most influential hairstylists.

Vijay's dedication led him to an esteemed position at L'Oréal, propelling him on an odyssey through Europe as an educator, styling celebrities, and contributing to media projects. His journey eventually brought him to the dazzling city of Las Vegas, where he currently devotes the majority of his time to his cherished clients.

Known for his kindness, boundless passion, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, Vijay consistently goes the extra mile for those he serves. Whether he's transforming looks with extensions or rejuvenating haircuts, Vijay embraces each encounter with genuine enthusiasm, always leaving a smile in his wake.

Sam is a stylist with 8 years behind the chair, specializing in custom color: dimensional brunettes, brondes, and blondes that look as effortless as they feel. 

Hair cutting is also part of her craft, shaping every look to complement each guest’s natural beauty. 

Styling is her signature — from modern, bouncy blowouts to undone, lived-in texture — and she loves being part of life’s most special moments through bridal and event styling.

Certified in extensions and continually evolving in her craft, Sam is also a wife and mama of four, drawing daily inspiration from the balance and beauty of real life. At its core, hair is more than just her passion — it’s her ministry: a space to create, connect, and help each guest feel beautifully, authentically themselves.

Hey there! I’m Brittany and I’ve been behind the chair for over 11 years, turning hair dreams into reality. My work has graced local magazines, pinup publications, the Raiderettes, and even the Grammys—yep, I’ve had some fun along the way! From classic bobs to bombshell blondes, sun-kissed balayages to wild fantasy colors, I live for those moments when a client leaves feeling like a total rockstar.

I’m all about honesty, communication, and integrity. Whether I’m giving you a fresh cut or mixing up the perfect shade of pink, I want you to feel totally confident in your hair—and in me. No drama, just good vibes and great hair!

Born and raised in Hawaii, licensed in cosmetology right after high school a very long time ago. Studied at the Toni & Guy school for cutting and completed master classes in color with Schwarzkopf Pro and Redken Pro. 

Worked as a master stylist at the Sheraton salon in Kona then at  the exclusive Four Seasons Salon at Hualalai Resort as well as Innovations Salon in Kailua Kona. 

Moved to Las Vegas in 2020 and working at the lovely Etre Salon. My forte and specialties are in Balayage, reverse balayage, highlighting, dimensional color, vivids, color corrections, long and short hair cutting, men’s cuts.

Sam's journey began in a quaint northern Ohio town, where she initially pursued a conventional college education. However, her true calling in the world of beauty led her to make a courageous career change. 

Leaving behind her small Midwestern town, she embarked on a journey to Las Vegas, where she envisioned building her dream in the industry. In a mere two years, Sam joined forces with her incredible friends to take a bold leap and establish Etre.

Her expertise in hair extensions, balayages, and blonding caught the attention of TikTok enthusiasts, catapulting her into a thriving business that resonates with cherished clients. Sam's meticulous attention to detail and relentless pursuit of perfection make her the ideal conduit for bringing her clients' visions to life. Sam has an effervescent and inviting personality, ensuring each visit is a delightful experience!
